Siesja Kamphuis (born on July 30th in Enschede, Netherlands), moved to the capital, Amsterdam, in 2009 to start the bachelor Psychobiology at the University of Amsterdam. After successfully finishing her bachelor in 2012, she started her master Forensic Science at the same university. By 'just doing it', she taught herself photography. After 5 years of still images, her attention was drawn by moving images. In her spare time she participated in, two documentary classes and she created short films where the image itself plays the most important role.
